fortunate I am to have met Bert! He has tremendous talent and
knowledge in the fields of television and computers. He has
worked on both of mine. Bert works 'til he gets it right. Would
I recommend him? Silly question - YES! Top notch. Bert is an expert and patient with
those who are not. He will stick to the problem until it is
solved. And he returns your calls. And he loves my dog.
I am so excited to find someone who can
help me with my computer and not charge an "arm and a leg".
Bert is very knowledgeable and returns my calls
immediately. I am not an expert when it comes to computers,
so Bert has been an answer for me. When my youngest
granddaughter was here this past August, every time she had
a problem, all I heard was "Nana, call Bert..." Well, we
did have to work thru a few problems without Bert, but in
the end he had to come out and straighten out my computer
after she "put it thru the mill". I have nothing but
accolades for Bert!
