I would like to tell you about an experience that I have had in the last couple of weeks. A friend recommended this computer repair technician by the name of Bert Flanagan and his company is called LEPRECHAUN TECHNICAL SERVICES.  Bert is of the old school where customers and service comes first.  He is always on time and tells you what is wrong in a language that you can understand. It has been a long time since I have had that kind of service and would recommend him to anyone.

I am so excited to find someone who can help me with my computer and not charge an “arm and a leg”.  Bert is very knowledgeable and returns my calls immediately.  I am not an expert when it comes to computers, so Bert has been an answer for me.  When my youngest granddaughter was here this past August, every time she had a problem, all I heard was “Nana, call Bert…”  Well, we did have to work thru a few problems without Bert, but in the end he had to come out and straighten out my computer after she “put it thru the mill”.  I have nothing but accolades for Bert!
